Testing for HIV is always free, as long as you are a state resident. You will have to bring some form of i.d. to prove that you are a resident. Children under 14 years of age are not allowed to come in. The Center has a strict "no children" policy in place.
The Center has grown from its original small location to a large storefront property in the Commercial Center. There is a private entrance for clients on the east side of the building. There is also plenty of free parking in front of The Center.
