Leon County wants to set an example. Part of their willingness to do so, comes from statistical rankings for health in the area. To put it mildly, it’s dismal in the capitol city.

FSU ranks just behind Iowa U and Arizona State University, making it 3rd for its percentages of STDs. This is a ranking no college wants to have.
