Tahlequah is a city in Cherokee County that has registered relatively constant HIV prevalence rates since 2014. The county recorded a slight increase in the rate of individuals diagnosed with HIV, from 23 per 100,000 persons in both 2014 and 2015 to 29 in 2020.
