The fifth-largest city in Minnesota, Bloomington, is located in Hennepin County. Bloomington is also only about 10 miles south of downtown Minneapolis. Like all other states Minnesota does follow federal mandates that state all public school systems must provide students with age appropriate and medically accurate information pertaining to HIV and STDs.
